My Story

She Who Heals Within

Hello, I’m Jaana.

And if you’ve found your way here, I believe it’s for a reason.

I created She Who Heals Within to guide women - especially in midlife and beyond - back home to themselves. Back to their softness. Their truth. Their joy. Be Free and feel alive again.

After years - or even decades - of giving, enduring, and losing pieces of ourselves, it’s easy to forget who we really are. This space is for the woman who’s ready to begin again.

My own journey is what brought me here. At 63, I found the strength to walk away from a life that no longer aligned with my truth. I left behind a long relationship, travelled, moved to a new country, and started over - completely.

It wasn’t easy. I felt lost, unsure, invisible… and for a time, I had almost nothing. No money, but I had a strong belief that the universe had my back, and I was safe. I was also blessed with supportive friends who held me when I couldn’t hold myself.

Through energy healing, nervous system regulations, journaling, nature, deep self-connection, and spiritual practice, I slowly began to return to myself. To the woman I had always been, powerful, intuitive, loving, and free.

Now, I help other women do the same.

Whether it’s through angel cards, gentle nervous system regulation, women’s circles, private group or simply holding space, I’m here to remind you:

- You are never too old to begin again.

- You are not broken. You are becoming.

- You are in the right place.
